How to Play

Fill the 9×9 grid so every row, column, and irregular region contains digits 1–9. Regions are shown by color and thick borders.

👆

Click a cell to select it, then press a number 1–9 to place it.

🧩

Unlike standard Sudoku, regions are irregular shapes instead of 3×3 boxes. Each colored region must contain digits 1–9 exactly once.

✏️

Toggle Notes mode (N key) to pencil in candidates.

🔴

Conflicts are highlighted in red. A cell conflicts when the same digit appears in its row, column, or region.

💡

Use up to 3 hints. Each hint reveals a cell's value and explains the logic.

About easy jigsaw sudoku

Easy jigsaw sudoku is the best entry point if you've never played with irregular regions before. The grid has plenty of given digits, so you can solve most cells through basic scanning and naked singles. The irregular shapes are there, but they won't trip you up much at this level. Focus on getting comfortable with how the colored regions look and feel compared to the neat 3×3 boxes you're used to. Once you can consistently finish easy puzzles without hints, the region tracing will start to feel natural.
