Reporting a broken puzzle
Every puzzle is checked by a separate verification program before it is published, so a puzzle that genuinely cannot be solved is a bug worth chasing. To help us reproduce it, include:
- the address of the page you were on;
- what you entered, and what you expected to happen;
- the browser and device, if the problem looks visual.
The feedback button in the corner of every page sends the current page address automatically, which is quicker if you would rather not describe where you were.
Anything else
Feature requests, a puzzle type you would like added, corrections to an article, questions about reusing content, and questions about your account or your data are all welcome. We aim to reply within two to three working days.
